To participate in the Climate Investment Challenge, download the Concept Note template below and submit the application form with the contact details of your team’s lead applicant. The contact details of the rest of the team should be included in the Concept Note itself.
Key Competition Details
Students must be current postgraduates (Masters or PhD-level) of a UK University during the 2019/2020 academic year.
Teams must be made up of 2 to 5 students and can be from the same University or different ones, as long as they are UK institutions and all members are postgraduates enrolled on 2019/2020 courses.
Stage 1: February 23, 2020: Submit your team’s Concept Note.
Stage 2: Semi-Finals:
- March 9, 2020: Semi-Finalists announced.
- April 5, 2020: Semi-Finalists submit a more detailed slide deck presentation of your idea.
Stage 3: Finals:
- April 26, 2020: Finalists announced.
- June, Date TBA: Finals event with judging panel @ Imperial College.
The winning and runner-up teams are awarded £7,500 and £2,500, respectively.
All finalists and semi-finalists have the opportunity to connect with potential employers at an exclusive networking session at the finals.
